video game consoleI wish that I had more time to play video game console games. However my days are usually very busy. I work, I am raising children and like most of us I also have to cook and keep my house clean. Unfortunately that does not always leave a lot of time for playing video game console games and that’s a pity because it is something I sincerely love to do. I do not get to play video game console games on a daily basis. However three or four nights a week when everybody else has gone to bed I stay up for an hour or two just to play video game console games. I also play them if I have a spare minute and the kids are playing outside with their friends. I have found that playing video games does a lot to help me relax and unwind because I take out my stress and aggression on the animated monsters and bad guys I am fighting. Hence once I turn off the system I am completely chilled out and I can go to sleep.
