<--Pedometers to Count Steps
If Personal Trainer: Walking sounds like a game for you then I’m going to guess you are need of some exercise. Nothing wrong with that, I’m on the list too. This is the latest Personal Trainer title to come to the Nintendo DS Lite. It is a game designed to get people moving. If you are a couch potato, this may be the game to get you out of your seat. Released yesterday, Personal Trainer: Walking comes with two pedometers, which will track every step you take. The goal is 3000 steps in one day. I guess that is the cut off from being a lazy bum to someone who is semi active. Once a person makes the 3000 steps with their Nintendo DS Lite a green LED light will flash signifying your victory.
It’s pretty cool that more and more Nintendo consoles are offering never seen before gaming ideas to get people out of their chairs. The pedometer actually works wirelessly with your Nintendo DS Lite so you don’t have to stuff the game console in your pocket. For 50 dollars this is a great gift and addition to an exercise regime.
